These terms apply to the website workspace-brook.click and to educational programs offered by Workspace Brook Academy at 186 Suriyadej Bamrung Rd., Muang Roiet, Roiet, Roi Et, 45000, Thailand.

Educational purpose

All programs teach technical analysis risk habits for self-directed chart study. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade signals, portfolio management, or guarantees of trading results.

Website use

You may browse program information, notes, and contact forms for personal, non-commercial enquiry. Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for resale.

Booking and confirmation

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Seats and private sessions are confirmed by email or phone. Fees shown on the site are informational only; invoices and deposits are arranged offline.

Student responsibilities

You are responsible for bringing required materials (such as a laptop and annotated charts), arriving on time for confirmed sessions, and applying study methods at your own discretion outside class.

Intellectual property

Workshop cards, process sheets, and site copy remain the property of Workspace Brook Academy. You may keep materials provided for personal study. Redistribution or classroom republication requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Workspace Brook Academy is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after attending educational sessions. Our liability for any claim related to a paid program is limited to fees you paid for that specific program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Roi Et Province unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
